400 sqm 4 bedroom rural home on a 120ha certified organic dairy farm. Own kitchen, lounge, bathroom on ground level. TV & wireless broadband. Swimming pool available for use by guests. Normal pool temp = 25-28C Summer, 20+ Autumn/Spring. (We can heat it up if you let us know in advance) Your hosts are very experienced in the hospitality trade, Greg qualified chef, Jacqui bar, housekeeping. We owned a fine dining restaurant & a cafe for many years. We have 3 children-Alicia 17, Chelsea 15 & Ben 13 years old. Our other special family members are Raff, a very friendly golden retriever & Nuggles, our old and friendly cat (+ around 300 cows.) Ideally suited to families on a self drive holiday-up to 2 couples & 4 children.(If you don't mind sharing a bathroom) We do special rates for this type of booking. 10km from Hobbiton, 10 km from Matamata. Driving times to major cities. 45 mins drive to Hamilton, 35 mins Tauranga, 40 mins Rotorua, 2 hours to Auckland, 1 hr 20 mins to Taupo. Lunches & Dinners available on request. 3 golf courses within 15 mins drive of property. Check in 12.00 midday, check out 10am
