To receive your Certificate you need to attend at least 7 weekends, including Philosophy and Design, and finishing with Design Project. Or, you can attend any weekends you are interested in, without receiving a certificate. Practical hands-on emphasis: Each weekend will include at least one hands-on project to build peoples’ practical skills, enhance learning, and have fun ! Venue. Most of the weekends will be held at the Taranaki Environment Centre at 20 Kauri Street in Inglewood. Participants are encouraged to stay overnight at the venue on the Saturday night, to develop the sense of community within the course, and to reduce vehicle travel. Bed & breakfast will cost $10. Meals. Morning & afternoon tea are provided. Bring a dish for a shared potluck lunch. You are welcome to stay for dinner on Saturday night for $10. SAUSAGES & SMALL GOODS Saturday 11 July 10—4 Wolf Heipe $110 Wolf will show the process of making a range of traditional organic sausages and small goods, using a variety of meats, herbs and spices with low-tech equipment.
