Welcome to New Zealand at its Best

Organic Explorer has carved out a name for itself as a comprehensive resource for travellers seeking eco-friendly experiences in New Zealand.

Through its website and travel guides, it has provided travellers with an abundance of information about everything from organic cafe's and eco-lodges to nature tourism and Maori cultural experiences.

But Organic Explorer’s efforts have gone further than just informing travellers about the variety of eco-friendly experiences available in New Zealand. It has also helped raise international awareness of New Zealand as a visitor destination.

Eco-tourism experiences feature on many international visitors’ holiday plans and that will only increase Organic Explorer’s relevance to visitors and local eco-tourism businesses.

Full Description

You can find us in the beautiful North Island town of Coromandel, surrounded by pristine beaches, beautiful native bush, cool clear rivers, and all day birdsong. Our Cafe is the hub of a vibrant local community which boasts many talented artists, and is frequented by people from diverse backgrounds and cultures. We serve delicious and nutritious cuisine (organic where possible), coffee to sing about, fresh juices, smoothies, and wonderfully wicked home baking and sweet treats. We happily cater to vegetarians, vegans and gluten-freeists. Take time for a tea, or munch down a meal in our glorious garden, lounging under the grapevine when the sun shines or curled on a couch by the fireside at other times. We also offer wireless internet and are about to add a small store, selling fresh, organic and often locally grown fruit and veg plus many other organic items.
