Yoga Nature's Awakening Adventure Holiday will give you an opportunity to immerse yourself in yoga, nature and supportive community. This transformative yoga and adventure holiday takes place in the beautiful and iconic Golden Bay, New Zealand. We will meditate on the elements of earth, water, fire and air as we play between forest and coastline of the internationally renowned Abel Tasman National Park. We will play in and on the waters of the Tasman Sea and adventure with human and animal alike. The holiday cost includes all activities, including guided hiking, guided kayaking, horse riding on the beach, Spa day including massage, twice daily yin and yang yoga sessions, meditations, accommodation and healthy healing foods. All Yoga sessions and adventure activities are multi-level and accessible to all.
