We stayed for three nights, had a group of 14 friends who like to hike and bike. We had superb weather and John and Virginia were so helpful, thanks a lot guys. Enjoyed the shuttle to do the Pakihi Track which was a real treat to ride. Have stayed twice in 5 bedroomed house and its very comfortable.

Bush-haven is simply gorgeous, a tranquil valley nestled in the bush with a deliciously cool river to cool off in. We really enjoyed our stay camping there, swimming in the river and the great (although at times vertiginous!) walk up to Te Waiti hut. thanks for our stay!

We really had the best time at Bushaven with our family group. A great place to kick back and relax in a wonderful environment. Couldn't believe the noise of the birds first thing in the morning - absolutely beautiful. John and Virginia were so friendly and helpful, despite our frequent demands. I would really recommend this beautiful place for its stunning location if nothing else.

Hi John, Thanks for the great shuttle service and sharing your area knowledge. We really enjoyed the day and the long ride. Fully recommend Bushaven and services to anyone and have spread the word in the Hawkes Bay!

We visited with family from the U.K. It was magic for them, swimming in the river and floating down in inner-tubes, then toasting marshmallows in the fire at night.
Lovely walks up into the bush.
Very comfortable accommodation. Thanks John, we had a great time.
