Our family stayed at the lodge and took the three day wilderness hike in February. We had expected the weather to be great then - but we were wrong. The rain settled in for the duration so we were disappointed not to see more of the magnificent mountain setting in this fabulous location. Despite this setback the experience was marvelous. The hospitality, the food and the accommodation were all top rate. Sitting around the roasting hot fire in the evenings with the other guests was especially lovely. The staff and guides are dedicated professionals who love their work, and they made us feel both very special and at home. One of the elderly members of our family with asthma was supported with special care. I would recommend this to anyone who wants a very different and exceptional experience
