Full DescriptionOur chalets overlooking Whitianga, nestling on the edge of the bush, are intended as a romantic retreat. We have an on-going soil conservation/clean streams project managing wetlands to attract native birds. We try to live sustainably but with living standards expected in the 21st century. Life is to be enjoyed. Environment Friendly ActionWe conserve heat Other Environment Friendly InitiativesWe have 90 acres, half in grass and half in bush including a significant stand of kauri. We raise a small number of cattle and have an on-going soil conservation project / clean streams project in conjunction with Environment Waikato. We plant to sustain bird life.
