Full Description

'The River Traders' is Whanganui's weekly Market by the River and operates on an historic section of downtown riverbank used by early Maori as a trading site. The Market has a farmers market style section called 'The Growers Green' which features an organic cooperative stall selling fruit and produce from around the region.

Whanganui artists and crafts people also have a variety of imaginative and creative products on display together with the range of traditional market offerings.
