At Paris Berlin Bakery you will find handmade French and German organic breads. Most breads are sourdoughs. Their slow rising process results in breads that taste better, are easier to digest and therefore better for you. The wheat-free sourdough breads like the rye and spelt loaves are suitable for people with mild gluten intolerance.
At Paris Berlin traditional recipes and tradional methods are used, not additives and preservatives, premixes and baking enhancers. The bread is given the time and care it needs to develop its superior flavour and structure. It is bread how it used to be made in France and Germany for centuries, before baking factories started producing fast rise, sugary white (or brown coloured) fluff.

You can also enjoy organic coffee and handmade traditional French and German cakes, pastries, pretzels and breadrolls at Paris Berlin.

We stopped by your bakery on a recent visit to Auckland. The coffee was nice, but the bread really was outstanding. We wish we had a bakery this good closer to home (London).
