Organic Explorer has carved out a name for itself as a comprehensive resource for travellers seeking eco-friendly experiences in New Zealand.

Through its website and travel guides, it has provided travellers with an abundance of information about everything from organic cafe's and eco-lodges to nature tourism and Maori cultural experiences.

But Organic Explorer’s efforts have gone further than just informing travellers about the variety of eco-friendly experiences available in New Zealand. It has also helped raise international awareness of New Zealand as a visitor destination.

Taste Nature has a long history as 'the organic shop' in Dunedin. We are locally owned and source from as close to home as possible. We stock an extensive selection of certified organic food and household/personal care products. We have a particular emphasis on fresh fruit and produce and bulk supply of both wet and dry products so you can choose the quantities you require. Our kitchen produces daily meals, soups, salads, pizzas, smoothies, baked goods and preserves. Gluten and dairy free options available. We have recently opened a small eatery in the shop where you can eat the food made in our kitchen. We encourage low impact packaging so please bring your own containers and shopping bags if you can. We are well known for our informative labels, knowledgeable staff and being a friendly place to shop. Check us out.

This place is fantastic, the food incredible - be sure to try their beautifully fresh salads and gorgeous other food. Now my prefered lunch stop when visiting Dunedin. Also lots and lots of organic supplies and a gentle relaxed place to boost the soul! Must be why the staff were also very friendly and willing.

I love this place -- it is the nicest organic shop I've seen in New Zealand. Well worth a stop for travelers and locals.
