Full Description

We provide accommodation to share with you this beautiful and tranquil part of the world. Behind the Eco Lodge is an impressive peak which has historical and spiritual significance and provides a wonderful backdrop to Nydia Bay, Pelorus Sound. The Nydia track is a beautiful 2 day hike on a quiet track maintained by the Department of Conservation. The track is open for tramping and mountain biking and we are situated half way. We offer double or twin rooms in private cabins, or our 6 bed bunk room all with linen and towels provided. All guests share our funky bathrooms, large kitchen, lounge area and expansive decks and gardens. We offer home prepared meals from our organic gardens. Te Mahoerangi Eco Lodge is located half way along the Nydia walking track in Nydia Bay, Pelorus sound, Marlborough Sounds. There is also boat access. The nearest town is Havelock. Please enquire about transport options or visit our website.
