Picton is on the way to everywhere else! Stop a while in our self-contained studio and bask in the sunshine and tranquility...

One sunny studio room available for self-catering accommodation. All day sun, tranquility, bushwalks, parkland, beaches and watersports wonderland of the Marlborough Sounds on our doorstep.

We have a cat, chickens and a rabbit for children to play with, tyre swing, bikes and lots of big trees to climb in our half-acre organic haven.

The room has its own shower, kitchenette, dining table and double bed. Currently the toilet is shared upstairs, but we plan for the studio to be totally self-contained by August 2013.

We particularly want to give women travellers and children a safe and relaxing place to stay. Maximum of 2 guests.

No minimum stay, and long-term rentals can be arranged. Pick up / drop off at ferry, bus or train by arrangement.

PLEASE NOTE THE STUDIO IS CURRENTLY RENTED FOR 3 MONTHS. WE CAN TAKE BOOKINGS FROM 1 AUGUST 2013.
