Emerging from the sparkling waters of the ‘Bay of Plenty’ is White Island – active marine volcano! Climb aboard ‘PeeJay’, a purpose-built launch, for a 6-hour eco-adventure to this fascinating volcanic island.

Experienced guides will lead you through a vibrant landscape of hissing fumaroles, lava bombs, bubbling mud pools, glittering crystals, unusual rock formations and hot thermal streams…

Venture to the crater’s edge and explore the skeletal remains of an abandoned sulphur mining factory. Lunch and safety gear included, tours depart daily - weather permitting.
