Enjoy the outdoor living area amongst the raised vegetable gardens, under the terracotta umbrella, sipping local wines and enjoying the restful country views. The holiday accommodation is a 100 year old fruit packing shed transformed into an apartment with loft bedroom.

There is a full but compact kitchen - antique dining furniture - and mix of contemporary and antique living room pieces.

There are contemporary New Zealand paintings and sculptures. The bathroom has grey water systems, solar hot water and eco toilet.

Find a shady spot for a picnic on the property; pick fruit from the orchard, or explore the stream (visit the huge eels) and native revegetation projects.

Cosy in winter from the double skin timber construction, electric blanket and efficient heating. Bring some red wine and order a tasty casserole from Gill to warm the winter evenings.

Seasonal breakfasts, dinners, lunches and picnics available upon request.  A BBQ is available for guest use. Email Gill for the current menu and prices.  Qualified raw food chef lives nearby if you prefer raw.
