5  stylish family-run cottages nestled amongst 5 acres of "Gardens of  Significance". Our eco cottages offer; Super king or long twin beds, self catering facilities, WiFi and Broadband connection (small charge). Original Artworks. A blend of modern and eco technology. Also in the garden is a cafe/restaurant offering Thai Fusion and Modern European cuisine. FOOD at Wharepuke is Northland "Cafe of the Year 2010" runner up. Colin was a Metro Award  winner. Much of the produce is grown on the property organically. A new Art Gallery showcases Internationally acclaimed artists work focusing on printmaking but also exceptional examples in other media. Non-toxic printmaking courses run by Mark Graver (awarded World Print Award 2010-Lessedra, Bulgaria, and author of "Nontoxic Printmaking" A&C Black London).   Subtropical garden tours available by our onsite professionals. 6 golf courses within 30 min. drive. Great base for exploring Bay of Island and Northland attractions. 2mins. to Kerikeri or historic Stone Store reserve. 7mins. to BOI airport. 20mins. Bay of Islands. Its important to us that you enjoy our subtropical garden oasis!

Art Gallery of Internationally acclaimed artists, focusing on printmaking but also exceptional examples in other media. Non toxic printmaking and drawing courses run by on-site professional Mark Graver.
Subtropical garden tours around the "Garden of Significance" with plant guru Robin Booth. Wharepuke is part of the Fullers Great Sights Eco tour which includes Living Nature cosmetics, and Ake Ake vineyard.
River walks following the Kerikeri river through native bush and onto a Maori Pa site are 5. min. walk away.

Directions

Kerikeri is 3 1/2 hour drive from Auckland airport or 7mins. from the BOI airport. From SH10 turn into Kerikeri road. Drive through Keirkeri township following "Historical Sites" sign around the one way system. Wharepuke is 1km from the centre of town at 190 Kerikeri road. Go straight over two round-abouts and start going down the Stone Store hill. There is a 50km road sign on the right. We are on the left almost opposite it. There is a sign saying "Wharepuke" The cottages cannot be seen from the road. Come down into the little valley where we have our venue. If no one seems to be around ring the intercom on the outside of the building.
