The Whareama Coastal Walk is a fantastic fully catered, self guided walking trek over private farmland and isolated Wairarapa coastline on the East Coast of the North Island in New Zealand. Starting at Whareama, situated between the stunning East Coast beach resorts of Castlepoint and Riversdale, come and join like-minded people on this challenging, truly rural and coastal adventure! The ideal weekend or midweek getaway! It doesn't matter if you are a couple, in a group, or a lone 'tramper', we can cater for you. You will be walking on farm tracks, laneways or following fencelines over the Wairarapa countryside and coast. Accommodated overnight in a beautiful rural Historic Homestead and a large sea view Lodge, where we provide delicious home cooked meals for you. We offer options of a 3-night/3-day walk, 2-day/2-night walk or 'Single Day' Walks! The accommodation and walk is limited to groups of 16. You will not be asked to share a room with someone you don't know.
