Harvey's Safaris

Harvey's Safaris is Auckland's wild coast rainforest experience. Harvey's Safaris is based in the Waitakere mountains, just 30 minutes from downtown Auckland. We specialise in personalised guided walks in Auckland’s spectacular coastal rainforest. We provide experiences to suit all fitness levels.


Your guide Mark Harvey holds degrees in Biology and Geology providing you with a wealth of natural and human history.

Day trip includes the Muriwai Gannet seabird colony, lush mountain rainforest, spectacular waterfalls AND home cooked lunch served in a private rainforest setting. See and learn about this unique part of the planet with a knowledgeable and friendly guide. Our luxury 7 seater coach uses biofuel, which does not contribute to global warming.

Auckland's Half Day Tour 8am - 12pm or 1pm - 5pm, Minimum 2 passengers NZ$120 per person includes pick up anywhere in Auckland.
